International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Clinify Inc. (Clinify), a Chicago-based digital health company and McDermott Rise member, in the closing of its oversubscribed $3.1 million Series Seed financing. Clinify partners with payers and providers to leverage their cloud-based platform that combines healthcare expertise, analytics and care coordination services in order to develop and deploy the most cost-effective methods of care delivery and reduce obstacles to value-based managed care for low-income and underserved communities.
McDermott represented Clinify in this transaction as one of the 20 companies in the inaugural 2020 McDermott Rise class.
