International law firm McDermott Will & Emery welcomes Alfonso de Marco as a partner in its transactions practice in Milan.
Alfonso advises clients on the acquisition, development, and sale of Italian multi-asset portfolios, particularly in the pharma and energy sectors. The strategic, commercial advice he provides international corporate investors and sovereign wealth funds will significantly enhance McDermott’s offerings in the Italian market.
