McDermott Will & Emery has advised Cryoport, a global provider of supply chain solutions to the biopharmaceutical, reproductive medicine and animal health markets, on the sale to DHL Group of CRYOPDP, a leading provider of transportation solutions specializing in logistics for clinical trials, biopharmaceuticals and cell and gene therapies.
In conjunction with this sale, Cryoport and DHL announced a strategic partnership to strengthen their supply chain solutions offerings to the global life sciences and health care industry.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
