Overview
McDermott Will & Emery has advised Five Arrows Principal Investments on entering into exclusivity negotiations with Quilvest Capital Partners and IK Partners to acquire a majority stake in Groupe EDH, alongside the management team who will be reinvesting.
Groupe EDH is a leading player in the private higher education sector in France, encompassing eight reference schools and delivering certified graduate programs and specialized MBAs across communication, artistic and cultural management, journalism, design, cinema and digital arts.
The transaction remains subject to antitrust approval.
