McDermott Hires Boston Chief White-Collar Prosecutor, Who Saw FCPA Investigations Triple

Sarah Walters, new Boston office white-collar and regulatory enforcement defense partner, said she was proud to “achieve great strides in prosecuting securities fraud” when heading the economic crimes unit in the Boston US attorney’s office. Ms. Walters said she joined McDermott because it had a strong Boston and international white-collar practice and because she looks to Boston-based Mark Pearlstein, white-collar practice head, as “a good mentor.”
