Overview
MyMeta, a digital adoption platform developed to adapt to any application and configured to offer support in the adoption of digital tools by users, announced today the closing of an investment transaction through capital increase following its domestication in the USA, with the aim of raising more capital in an economic environment particularly rich in potential international investors.
The lead investor in the round was BroadVision Group, a US-based asset management company led by Silicon Valley serial entrepreneur Pehong Chen, former CEO of BroadVision, Inc. (Nasdaq: BVSN), a renowned listed company at the forefront of e-commerce and content management solutions.
McDermott Will & Emery Studio Legale Associato assisted the startup in all phases of the process, with an international team composed of Sam Snider (partner) assisted by Sarah Sarb (associate), both based in Atlanta, Georgia (USA), coordinated by the Italian team composed of Ettore Scandale (partner), in charge of the Italian corporate department and Stefano Pardini (associate), assisted by Francesco Carrà and Carlo Serranò (trainees).
