Overview
March 24, 2025 – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce seven lawyers have been selected to serve on Law360’s 2025 editorial boards. Each will offer feedback on news coverage and provide insight on how best to shape future coverage.
- Greg Fosheim, a partner in McDermott’s Health & Life Sciences Practice Group, focuses his practice on a wide array of corporate, transactional, and regulatory compliance matters across the healthcare and life sciences industries. Drawing on his extensive laboratory and public health background, he regularly advises on clinical and diagnostic laboratory matters, anatomic pathology, and fertility laboratory compliance. Greg will join Law360’s 2025 Healthcare Editorial Advisory Board.
- Sarah Hogarth, a partner in McDermott’s Supreme Court & Appellate Litigation and Government & Regulatory Litigation practices, briefs and argues appeals and critical motions, litigates affirmative cases challenging federal and state government action, and advises on legal strategy and dispositive motions in trial courts or before administrative tribunals. Sarah will rejoin Law360’s 2025 Appellate Editorial Advisory Board after serving on the 2024 Board.
- Alex Jupp, McDermott’s UK head of Tax, focuses his practice on the tax aspects of UK and cross-border acquisitions, financings, restructurings, and asset management structures. He is equally highly regarded by clients for his work resolving complex tax disputes, in managing engagements with tax authorities, and in strategic tax planning in particular for multinational corporations and investment groups. Alex will join Law360’s 2025 Tax Authority International Editorial Board.
- Caroline Ngo, co-leader of McDermott’s International Tax Affinity Group, advises publicly traded companies on international tax planning, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, application of bilateral income tax treaties, and other international tax matters. Caroline will re-join Law360’s 2025 Tax Authority International Editorial Advisory Board after serving on the 2024 Board.
- Sarah Raaii, a partner in McDermott’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice Group, focuses her practice on issues impacting group health and welfare benefit plans by counseling employers, digital health and point solution clients, plan administrators, insurers, consultants, and other health plan service providers. Sarah will join Law360’s 2025 Benefits Editorial Advisory Board.
- Sagar Ravi, a partner in McDermott’s Global White-Collar & Government Practice Group, advises clients facing a wide range of white-collar and regulatory enforcement matters, with a particular focus on cybersecurity, digital assets, healthcare fraud, consumer protection, and artificial intelligence (AI). Sagar will join Law360’s 2025 White Collar Editorial Advisory Board.
- Tony Torain, a partner in McDermott’s Employment Practice Group, provides strategic and trusted counsel to multinational corporations in labor and employment disputes. He has extensive experience representing companies across a range of industries, including healthcare, technology, consumer products, automotive, and private equity. Tony will join Law360’s 2025 Employment Authority Labor Editorial Advisory Board.
