International law firm McDermott Will & Emery welcomes Sebastien Bonneau as a London-based partner in its Transactions Practice Group. Sebastien focuses on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, and joint venture transactions.

With more than two decades of experience, Sebastien has established a formidable international transactions practice while counseling clients on their real estate needs. In addition to advising clients within the data center and digital infrastructure industry, he also advises entrepreneurs on their global development through growth and innovation, strategic M&A, fundraisings, and strategic partnerships with blue chips.
