Carolyn Gleason told a forum of the Florida Fruit & Vegetable Association that “our seasonal growing industries have suffered years of harm and have every reason to expect some help from the government” in renegotiating NAFTA trade provisions on US seasonal and perishable crops, and in developing remedial relief strategies inside and outside of NAFTA.
