Overview
Amber Adair represents clients in the financial and technology space. She has experience with financing programs, colocation, technology licensing, technology maintenance and service agreements, technology development, technology implementation service agreements, and cloud-computing transactions such as software-as-a-service (SaaS) and infrastructure-as-a-service, with an emphasis on privacy, security and finance-related issues. In addition, she represents clients in information technology and business process outsourcing transactions.
Amber also has extensive experience representing clients in the insurance, financial services and technology industries. Her experience includes insurance regulatory compliance, consumer finance, OFAC, and anti-money laundering compliance, and record retention and corporate governance.
Previously, Amber was the Assistant General Counsel, AVP at Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd., an international property and casualty insurance company, and was Corporate Counsel at American First Finance Inc. Prior to attending law school, Amber worked for four years with an oil and gas tax consulting firm. Amber is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/US through the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
