Adrian Cohen is a senior consultant in the London Finance, Restructuring and Special Situations Group.
With more than three decades of experience, Adrian’s background spans multiple sectors, including real estate, healthcare, hotels and leisure, media and entertainment, aircraft finance, infrastructure and project finance, energy, mining and steel production, financial services and banking. He regularly advises on cross-border mandates, particularly in matters related to continental Europe and emerging markets such as the Gulf and Eastern Europe. His experience includes drafting legislation for several jurisdictions within the GCC.
Adrian’s clients include lenders, agents, security agents, sponsors and corporate borrowers, commercial counterparties, derivative counterparties, and governmental and regulatory agencies.
