Alexander Klein advises clients on financings, including acquisition financings, corporate financings and syndicated loans in national and cross-border transactions. He works with financial investors, banks, private equity funds and corporations.
Prior to joining McDermott, Alexander worked in Frankfurt for several years in other leading international law firms with the same advisory focus.
