Alexander Dickinson focuses his practice on corporate and complex litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery with an emphasis on actions concerning corporate governance, fiduciary duties, books and records demands, contract and other commercial disputes.

While in law school, Alex served as an executive editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law.

• Assisted the special litigation committee of a Fortune 500 drug wholesale company in investigating oversight claims against directors and officers while defending subsequent discovery disputes.*
• Assisted the demand review committee of a multinational retail corporation in response to stockholder demand regarding multidistrict tort litigation.*
• Represented directors of a biopharmaceutical company in fiduciary duty suit regarding non-employee director compensation and contributed to settlement of claims.*
