Alfonso Annibale de Marco focuses his practice on high-end corporate and commercial mandates. He counsels private and listed companies, financial institutions and private equity and debt funds with a particular emphasis on corporate, M&A, banking and real estate sectors. Clients seek Alfonso’s advice on general corporate and commercial matters, as well as international counsel on cross border transactions. Alfonso represents leading Italian and international banks and financial institutions in significant banking and real estate matters.

Alfonso also represents Italian and international clients in complex cross-border litigation and commercial arbitration matters.

• Assisted Leonardo Spa in the reverse merger of its subsidiary DRS Inc with international defence technology firm RADA Electronic Industries, resulting in a combined public company*
• Assisted Fidia Farmaceutici Group in the acquisition, through its newly incorporated Polish subsidiary, of the business of Unipharm Holding, a Polish company engaged in the pharmaceutical industry and part of the US Unipharm Group*
• Assisted MET Development in relation to their participation as co-investor, through a special purpose vehicle to be established outside of the EU, in the financing transaction in favor of Egypt Hydrocarbon Corporation S.A.E. aimed inter alia at the construction of an ammonia production plant*
• Assisted Energas, a joint venture between Zeta Gas Group and Kuwait Petroleum, in the acquisition of the entire corporate capital of Amegas, an Italian leader in commercial retail and wholesale of liquid petroleum gas*
