Alfonso Annibale de Marco focuses his practice on high-end corporate and commercial mandates. He counsels private and listed companies, financial institutions and private equity and debt funds with a particular emphasis on corporate, M&A, banking and real estate sectors. Clients seek Alfonso’s advice on general corporate and commercial matters, as well as international counsel on cross border transactions. Alfonso represents leading Italian and international banks and financial institutions in significant banking and real estate matters.

Alfonso also represents Italian and international clients in complex cross-border litigation and commercial arbitration matters.

• Assisted an Italian multinational pharmaceutical company in the acquisition, through its newly incorporated Polish subsidiary, of a Polish company engaged in the pharmaceutical industry and part of a larger US pharmacy group*
• Assisted a European construction specialist in relation to their participation as co-investor, through a special purpose vehicle to be established outside of the EU, in the financing of an ammonia production plant*
• Assisted a joint venture between a leader in LPG and a major national oil company, in the acquisition of the entire corporate capital of an Italian leader in commercial retail and wholesale of liquid petroleum gas*
