Overview
Rebekah M. Allison focuses her practice on a broad range of private client matters for high-net-worth and ultra high net-worth individuals, families and business owners. She has experience analyzing estate, gift and generation skipping transfer (GST) taxation issues; preparing estate plans (including wills, revocable and irrevocable trust agreements, powers of attorney and advance directives); probating complex estates; advising fiduciaries in connection with the administration of estates and trusts; preparing federal estate and gift tax returns; and defending clients in gift tax audits. Rebekah has also served as attorney ad litem for a child in the foster care system and assists pro bono clients with estate administration.
