Overview
Andreas Klaus focuses on tax consulting for entrepreneurs, family businesses, corporations, and listed companies. He advises on national and international corporate tax law, tax-free reorganizations, and on proceedings before tax authorities and courts, in particular tax audits and legal disputes relating to tax matters. He is double qualified as lawyer and tax advisor.
Prior to joining McDermott, Andreas worked in special tax consulting for national and international companies and corporations and in a state tax administration (Landesfinanzverwaltung).
