Overview
Andrew West is an associate in the finance restructuring and special situations group. In particular, Andrew focusses his practice on assisting clients in financial restructuring transactions and has worked closely with private equity fund asset managers, insolvency office holders, debtors, creditors, shareholders and directors in a variety of complex contentious and non-contentious cases, which are often cross-border in nature.

- Advising Treo Asset Management LLC in connection with the management of the Gottex Real Asset Fund
- Advising the successor fund manager and general partner of the NOAL SCSp Fund (the fund formerly known as Novalpina Capital)
- Advised the insolvency office holder in the administration of a famous high-end fashion brand
