Overview
Ari Mandell focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters, particularly on issues related to commercial lending and financial services.
While earning his law degree, Ari served on the staff of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal. He was an active member of the Armenian Law Students Association, the Jewish Law Students Association and the recipient of various CALI awards. Ari has also served as executive online editor and creative director for the Law for Business Digest, an online journal examining the intersection of legal and business issues.
