Overview
Ariel Beverly is an employment advisor and litigator. Her practice focuses on complex litigation, as well as providing employers with practical and legal guidance as they confront dynamic workplace issues.
Ariel regularly defends employers in all phases of single plaintiff, class and representative action litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Ariel’s practice focuses on wage and hour and employee classification issues, as well as employee discipline, terminations, leave and accommodations.
During law school, Ariel was an editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and member and secretary of the St. Thomas More Honor Society. Ariel also participated in the Ninth Circuit Appellate Clinic in which she successfully represented a client in connection with an appeal pending before the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
