Thomas Beisken advises national and international real estate investors including private equity funds, pension funds, real estate consulting companies, family offices and financial institutions on all aspects of real estate law in the field of real estate transactions (asset und share deals, single- and portfolio transactions), project developments, asset und property management, commercial lease law, real estate financing and real estate joint ventures.
He has extensive experience with regard to office and retail assets as well as hotel and project developments.

- Kadans Science Partner on the acquisition and development of properties in Mainz and Berlin
- Branicks-Group on the acquisition and sale of various real estate assets across Germany amongst others in Berlin, Munich, Darmstadt and Bonn and various letting activities
- Values Real Estate on the acquisition of Multimedia Centre Rotherbaum in Hamburg, the Industriepalast in Leipzig and several other projects
- Art-Invest on various transactions including Kaiserhof in Cologne (Allianz-Property at Kaiser-Wilhelm-Ring), Fürst und Friedrich in Düsseldorf, Neuer Kanzlerplatz in Bonn and Alter Wall in Hamburg
- Nagel-Group on the sale-and-lease back of a large logistic portfolio and a project development in Nuremberg
