Bethany Drayton is an associate in the London Finance, Restructuring and Special Situations Group and focuses her practice on cross-border leveraged finance transactions, advising corporate borrowers and issuers, private equity firms and other institutional investors. Her experience includes advising clients on the refinancing of existing indebtedness, debt restructuring, acquisition financing, financing of portfolio companies and other transactions.

• Represented a specialized oilfield services company providing surface data logging, data and consultancy and well intervention services, in a senior secured facility agreement and a PIK facility
• Represented a manufacturer and distributer of food supplements, as borrower, and a mid-market investment company, as sponsor, in a revolving capital facility financing provided by an international banking and wealth management group for working capital purposes
• Assisted in an insurance company’s refinancing of existing indebtedness and debt restructuring
• Advising a credit fund on the acquisition financing for a software provider
• Advised a private equity firm on its €300m refinancing of a software and business process outsourcing service provider
• Assisted in Golub Capital’s financing of the Mintec Group
