Overview
Caitlin P. Drott focuses her practice on employment law. Caitlin has experience with the broad spectrum of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, including compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and related website and business accessibility standards.
Caitlin advises clients on a wide range of employment matters and workplace discrimination, including employee classifications, separations, internal complaints and investigations, wage and hour disputes and restrictive covenants. She has also conducted legal and policy analyses in the areas of tort reform, merging of sentences and appellate court decisions and has drafted numerous memoranda summarizing interviews, depositions and related pre-trial activities related to employment matters.
While earning her law degree, Caitlin completed a judicial internship under the Honorable Irma S. Raker of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and a law clerkship at the American Tort Reform Association. She served as notes editor of The George Washington International Law Review.
