Caitlyn Cullen advises healthcare companies and private equity investors on a variety of transactions matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and the due diligence necessary to execute successful deals.

Prior to joining McDermott Will & Emery, Caitlyn served as a law clerk at the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida, Economic and Environmental Crimes Unit and was symposium editor for the University of Miami Law Review.
