Charlie Seidell focuses his practice on litigation in the US Supreme Court, Federal Circuit Courts, and state appellate courts across the country. He also litigates major motions at the trial-court level.

Prior to joining McDermott, Charlie was a law clerk to the Hon. Diana Gribbon Motz of the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. While in law school, he served as a legal intern for the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, Civil Division. He also was articles editor for the Yale Law Journal.
