Overview
Chris Combs has represented financial institutions, corporations and individuals in a variety of litigation matters, including complex commercial disputes, federal regulatory investigations, antitrust litigation, class actions and internal investigations. In addition, he maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration and criminal appeals matters.
Prior to law school, he spent three years as a Teach for America corps member and high school English teacher in the Mississippi Delta.

- Represented a consortium of financial institutions in litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery arising from the multi-billion-dollar acquisition of a social media company*
- Represented a large technology company in a significant antitrust lawsuit brought by the Federal Trade Commission*

- Represented an incarcerated individual in a successful pro bono criminal appeal where the New York Court of Appeals awarded a new trial on constitutional grounds*
