Overview
Dane Christensen is a member of the Transactions Practice Group. He represents public and private companies in leveraged buyouts, strategic mergers and acquisitions and growth equity financings. He has represented clients from a variety of industries, including healthcare, life sciences, technology and telecommunications, in transactions valued at up to $17 billion. Dane also has experience handling venture capital investments, executive compensation, incentive equity arrangements and other general corporate and commercial matters.
While at The University of Chicago, Dane served at the Law School’s Innovation Clinic, helping startups with various corporate law issues, and as a venture associate at the University’s George Shultz Innovation Fund, performing due diligence and evaluating life sciences startups. He is also certified in healthcare law by the University of Pennsylvania Online, and is a Healthcare Financial Management Association Certified Healthcare Finance Professional.
