Cindy Resnick focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions. Cindy represents major institutions, developers, private equity funds, servicers, and other real estate owners and investors in a broad range of real estate related transactions. These transactions include acquisitions and dispositions, corporate mergers and divestitures, and joint venture agreements, and with respect to ground leases, leases, financings, restructurings, workouts and deeds in lieu of foreclosure, across all types of real estate assets.
