Daniel Kaltman focuses his practice on cryptocurrency and blockchain matters. He leverages his enthusiasm for digital assets and Web3 when counseling crypto companies, investors and market participants on legal matters in the emerging, fast-paced and complex crypto industry.
In his wide-ranging crypto practice, Daniel has assisted clients with commercial litigations involving blockchain applications and advised on proof of reserves, licenses and bankruptcy matters. He also has experience handling government investigations brought by the US Securities and Exchange Commission, US Department of Justice and Commodity Futures Trading Commission related to major centralized exchanges, white-collar criminal money laundering cases and decentralized autonomous organization disputes over treasury assets.
Daniel is a member of the industry’s only crypto-exclusive team whose members spend 100% of their time on crypto-related matters.
