Overview
Daniel Mayor focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters, with a particular concentration on debt financing transactions.
He advises banks, private equity funds, joint ventures and companies in syndicated credit facilities, term loan and revolving loan facilities, senior and subordinated debt transactions, asset-based financings, secured and unsecured lending and cross-border financings, among other forms of debt and equity financing.
While in law school, Daniel was editor-in-chief of the University of Miami Law Review and served as an ethics fellow in the Center for Ethics and Public Service.
