Overview
Dalyn Dessaure (CIPP/US) focuses his practice on privacy, cybersecurity, and generative artificial intelligence issues. As a former cybersecurity and technology professional, Dalyn draws on his technical experience when representing top market public, emerging, and private companies in a variety of commercial transactions, litigation, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and data privacy advising matters.
Dalyn passionately serves his community through mentorship and volunteering in the DC Metro area, Virginia, Texas, Missouri, and Maryland. He has represented traditionally marginalized communities, individuals seeking asylum, veterans with disabilities, and victims of domestic violence in various legal matters through his pro bono practice. He has also advised nonprofits on technology-related transactions, data privacy, and cybersecurity concerns.
