Emilia Bonine focuses her practice on EU and Belgian antitrust and competition law matters. She has experience in guiding clients through a broad range of antitrust issues, including in the context of national, European and global cartel and abuse of dominance investigations and international compliance matters, as well as in multijurisdictional merger control filings. Her representations cover several business sectors, including technology and high tech, transport and infrastructure, chemical, consumer products and financial services.

Prior to joining McDermott, Emilia was an associate at a global law firm in Brussels. She completed an innovative LL.M. focused on technology at Bocconi University in Milan.
