Evelyn Yu focuses her practice on technology transactions, commercial contracts and outsourcing. Evelyn counsels clients on a wide variety of commercial contract matters, including master services agreements, master purchase agreements, distribution agreements, confidentiality agreements, development agreements and technology and intellectual property licenses. She regularly advises clients on cloud computing, software licenses, technology development, e-commerce, software-as-a-service, blockchain, artificial intelligence and technology maintenance and support agreements. She also represents clients in information technology and business process outsourcing transactions.

Prior to joining McDermott, Evelyn worked on the corporate team for an international corporate law firm. She graduated from the Cornell Tech LLM program in 2020.
