Overview
Aly Francini focuses her practice on executive compensation matters involving private equity, growth equity, public company and private clients. She represents a range of clients in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), growth equity investments and joint ventures, carveouts, preferred equity investments and minority investments across various industries, including software, digital infrastructure, financial services, telecom, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare and education, among others.
Most recently, in her role as strategy and corporate development counsel for a multinational company that provides scientific instrumentation, Aly developed a nascent strategic capital program and evaluated and negotiated biotech venture capital funds, growth equity investments and M&A transactions.
