Overview
Timothée Gagnepain focuses his practice on complex restructurings and insolvencies, both national and international. Timothée has a broad-based insolvency and restructuring practice, representing mainly debtors, shareholders, private equity funds, some creditors and trustees. He acts as strategic advisor, negotiator and, when necessary, litigation counsel, and has significant experience before the French bankruptcy courts.
He has a wealth of experience in LBO transactions, leveraged recapitalizations and bankruptcies as well as debt and corporate restructurings. Timothée handles complex matters for a range of clients across the real estate, retail and financial sectors.
