Overview
Peter T. Healy focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, fund formation and the representation of private equity firms, hedge funds and sovereign wealth funds in their investment activities. He represents companies and underwriters in public offerings (debt and equity), private placements (debt and equity), going-private transactions, and other capital market transactions.
Peter also represents companies and institutional investors in secondary market transactions and tender offers involving some of the world’s leading private companies. He advises boards of directors, independent committees, investment banks and fund sponsors in connection with various capital market, M&A and secondary market transactions.
Peter frequently speaks to industry groups, investment banks, boards of directors, fund managers and continuing legal education seminars pertaining to various corporate and securities law matters. He also authors articles and books for various continuing legal education and industry publications.
