Overview
Hilary Udow focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation in both state and federal court. She has experience representing clients in disputes involving breach of contract, antitrust, employment issues, and mergers and acquisitions litigation. In addition, Hilary also maintains an active pro bono practice with a focus on immigration issues.
Prior to joining McDermott, Hilary gained experience working as an associate in a global law firm in New York.
