Overview
Zena M Ho focuses her practice on real estate and real estate finance. She represents banks, non-bank lenders, real estate companies, real estate investment trusts and private equity funds in a wide variety of real estate-related transactions. Zena advises borrowers and lenders on structuring and documenting all types of real estate financing transactions involving a broad range of real estate assets, such as multifamily developments, office and industrial parks, retail centers, mixed-use projects and hospitality properties. She also represents lenders in the purchase, workout and restructuring of distressed loans, debt and equity financing and other intercreditor transactions.
Zena’s in-depth experience in the industry allows her to proactively advise clients on significant potential issues that may arise. She ensures clients receive accurate, high-quality work while closing deals on time and within budget.
While in law school, Zena served as chief managing editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review.
