Overview
Jake Bass advises on all aspects of intellectual property and entertainment law, working closely with companies seeking to protect their investments and reputations. To that end, he has represented companies in patent, copyright, and trademark litigations in federal district court, as well as in investigations before the International Trade Commission. Additionally, Jake routinely advises clients on defamation, trade secret misappropriation, false advertising, unfair competition, and antitrust matters. Jake provides advice on intellectual property transactions, and he has considerable experience providing media-law counseling. Over the years, Jake has worked with clients from multiple industries including life sciences, fashion, news media, entertainment, manufacturing, software as a service, consumer electronics, automation, and construction.
