Jan Ischreyt has in-depth expertise in corporate law. He specializes in M&A, joint ventures, restructurings and other corporate matters.
Jan has particular expertise in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors, where he advises national and international investors on corporate law issues and M&A transactions in various asset classes, especially in the small and mid-cap sector.
Before joining the firm, he worked for other major international law firms in Frankfurt in the areas of M&A and corporate law.

- Aukera on the acquisition of a photovoltaic and battery storage project in Rhineland-Palatinate
- Aream Group on the formation of a joint venture with Eiffel Investment Group represented by the Eiffel Transition Infrastructure Fund
- Versicherungskammer Group on its participation in energy provider MVV Energie AG. Versicherungskammer indirectly acquires a 6.8 per cent stake in MVV Energie AG in cooperation with asset manager Igneo Infrastructure Partners*
- Octopus Energy on the acquisition of a 50% share in renewables developer Lintas Green GmbH*
- Haspa Green on its acquisition of two windfarms from German developer UKA*
- Octopus Energy Generation on the acquisition of Biebelnheim-Gabsheim wind farm on behalf of its Sky fund (ORl SCSp). The sellers of the joint project are the German renewables developers JUWI and wiwi consult*
- MEAG and Ärzteversorgung Westfalen-Lippe (ÄWVL) on the formation of the joint venture Open German Fiber for the build out of fibre-optic networks in Hesse and NRW (Germany) together with Primevest Capital Partners as additional partner*
- John Laing on the acquisition of the fibre cable providers Jobst-NET GmbH (Jobst-NET) and EFN eifel-net Internet-Provider GmbH (EFN eifel-net)*
- Global infrastructure fund manager DIF Capital Partners on the acquisition of a 51% majority stake in ib vogt GmbH on behalf of its Infrastructure VI fund.
- Green Investment Group on the development, financing and sale of a biomass combined heat and power plant project*
- Foresight Group on the acquisition of a biogas portfolio from German farming group Lindhorst*
- Funds advised by Equistone Partners Europe (Equistone) on the sale of their majority stake in Eschenbach Holding GmbH (Eschenbach) to Inspecs Group plc (Inspecs)*
- Telxius on the acquisition of the tower sites from Telefonica for EUR 1,5 billion*
- DIF and Aberdeen Standard Investments on the acquisition of fuel storage provider UNITANK*
