Overview
Jonathan Kim focuses his practice on civil litigation matters. He has experience assisting in complex commercial, antitrust and employment litigations.
Prior to joining McDermott, Jonathan worked as an associate in a global law firm based in New York, and he clerked for the Honorable Susan D. Wigenton in the US District Court for the District of New Jersey.
While in law school, Jonathan was an Executive Editor for the Harvard Negotiation Law Review.
