Overview
Joshua (Josh) Yim focuses his practice on cryptocurrency and blockchain matters, with a specific emphasis on cryptocurrency-related litigation, regulatory advice and government investigations. He has experience handling breach of contract, trade secret and other corporate disputes through all stages of trial. Josh is a member of the industry’s only crypto-exclusive team whose members spend 100% of their time on crypto-related matters.
Josh previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Cormac J. Carney for the US District Court for the Central District of California. While in law school, he was a managing editor of the Northwestern University Law Review.
