Overview
Joshua (Josh) Jacobs focuses his practice on corporate finance.
While in law school, Josh served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Kristine Van Vorst of the Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida, worked for the State Attorney’s Office for the Eighth Judicial Circuit, and served as a legal intern for a national physicians association. He also was executive student works editor for the Journal of Technology Law & Policy.
