Themes Karalis represents real estate investors, owners, borrowers, lenders, asset managers, developers and operators in all aspects of real transactions. She focuses her practice on acquisitions, dispositions, financing and development of office buildings, hotels, multi-family, retail and mixed-use projects. Themes’ experience also includes the negotiation of joint ventures for equity investments in commercial real estate and representing landlords and tenants in connection with leasing office and retail space.
