Overview
Kevin M. Regan focuses his practice on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court with an emphasis on actions involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duty, corporate valuation, contract, and other commercial disputes.
Prior to joining McDermott Will & Emery, Kevin was a corporate litigation associate at a prominent Delaware law firm where he represented directors, corporations, stockholders, private equity funds, investment banks, alternative entities, and high-net-worth individuals in litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Delaware Supreme Court, and federal courts. During law school, Kevin was the executive managing editor of the Notre Dame Journal of International and Comparative Law.
