- Defends major companies in mass tort litigation involving products liability claims and alleged environmental pollution
- Defends major agricultural company against personal injury claims related to alleged chemical exposures
- Won defense verdicts on behalf of chemical manufacturer in high-stakes trials that turned on the alleged health risks of the plaintiffs’ exposure to polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in the environment
- Defended health insurance provider in putative class action alleging violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act
- Defended hospital system in qui tam whistleblower litigation involving the federal False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law
- Obtained a benchmark settlement for victims of one of the largest labor trafficking schemes in recent US history, on a pro bono basis
- Obtained favorable resolution of dispute with independent contractors involving allegations of unfair competition, tortious interference and trade secret misappropriation
- Represented a major financial institution in various civil actions relating to one of the largest Ponzi schemes in US history
