Overview
Lauren Dehasque counsels private fund clients on the structuring, formation and operation of investment funds. She also advises private investment funds on legal, regulatory and compliance issues faced by their sponsors.
During law school, Lauren was a member of the Business Law Society and the Tax Law Society.
