Overview
Dr Christian Lebrecht advises businesses in the life sciences and food industry. He specializes in European and German law, focusing on medical devices, food, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. He develops legal solutions for the market access, distribution, and marketing of drugs and devices. He regularly provides support to clients in product liability matters and interim injunction proceedings, especially in areas of unfair competition, medical advertising law and food law.
Christian serves as a lecturer in Health Law, International Private Law, and EU Law at the University of Mainz. Prior to joining McDermott, he acquired significant experience in the pharmaceutical and food sector as an associate at an international law firm.
