Overview
Lene Niemeier advises clients on all aspects of public law, including administrative, constitutional and regulatory law. She has extensive expertise in construction and environmental law, particularly in the context of real estate transactions and real estate developments. One of her main areas of expertise is advising on public procurement law, in which she has also successfully completed the specialist lawyer course. She also specializes in matters of immigration and citizenship law.
Having completed an additional master’s degree in European Union law, Lene Niemeier has profound knowledge of European Union law. Throughout her legal traineeship, she worked for the German Federal Ministry of Economics and the German Consulate General in San Francisco.
