Courtney Wagner focuses her practice on federal US and international tax matters related to partnerships, corporations and individuals across a variety of industries. In particular, she focuses on the tax aspects of complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, investment fund formation, tax-free spin-offs, restructurings, bankruptcies and public offerings.
