Overview
Marci Dillon focuses her practice on electronic discovery and data management, primarily in the context of complex civil litigation, government investigation matters, corporate internal investigations and white-collar defense. Marci counsels clients and case teams on best practices relating to eDiscovery, including data preservation and collection, early case assessment, and comprehensive review management. She creates search terms and other workflows to identify key documents and to reduce the universe of documents, conducts quality control processes, manages eDiscovery document productions and oversees the creation and production of privilege logs.
Over a twenty-year career, Marci has gained expertise in all aspects of discovery, including the management of large-scale document reviews, litigation support, case management, and witness preparation for numerous high-profile matters.
As a proud military spouse, Marci’s pro bono experience includes the successful upgrade of a less-than-honorable military discharge. She also has represented minor pro bono clients to gain Special Immigration Juvenile Status visas and green cards from the USCIS.
